I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was not exactly what I hoped for, with a musty smell and being too close to the pool until very late; however, the cleanliness was good, and the oceanfront view saved the day. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly, although there were some misunderstandings about room availability. The location was great for enjoying the beachfront and kids' area, but it was always crowded. Dining was a delight with delicious food, although there seemed to be special treatment for certain guests not booking via certain platforms. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider during my stay.
